Todd at the Chicken Ranch

Todd Hobin is one of the best known advocates for New York. You can hear that love for his home state and all its people in his “New York Country Song.” His Upstate residence is nestled comfortably in farm country. And it is that love that makes him the perfect person to sing the praises of the farms in Onondaga County. In fact he wrote and sings the “Onondaga Grown” song heard far and wide to celebrate Onondaga County’s over 600 farms. The latest version of that song features him and his dear friend, Jess Novak on vocals.

Farm Days is one of his favorite events of the year. And it is during this year’s Farm Days that he will be sharing his songs at one of his favorite family farms, The Chicken Ranch in Lafayette, NY.

His relationship with the Smith and Conklin families is routed in music, but there is great respect and admiration for their impressive farm and farm store. The Ranch produces over 15,000 dozen eggs daily. They are part of the 30% of land dedicated to farming in Onondaga County. Enjoy Farm Days on any one of the great family farms near you.

Todd will be playing during the lunch hour (11:00 AM until 1:00 PM), but stop by to visit the farm store and ranch anytime. Farm Days on the Ranch is from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
