Arts Hall of Fame Induction

Late in the 80s Todd moved to Baldwinsville, NY. Quietly raising a family, building a small studio in a small town, far away from the road, and his management’s office in NYC. He says it was the best decision of his life.

Life in B’ville was filled with attending baseball games, concerts, and musicals. The church down the street would find him playing guitar with the choir. Nobody suspected that the barefoot, bleary-eyed string-picker had just rolled out of the van after playing a concert in Boston, Philly, or New York. He relished being a dad in the parish.

All four of the Baldwinsville Hobin kids studied music under the tutelage of the great Carol Jacobe. Their dad would play in her ensembles, chaperone the kids trips to Disney World, and help out wherever he could. They are still fast friends and colleagues at Le Moyne College. And together they will be inducted into the Baldwinsville Community Hall of Fame for the Visual and Performing Arts.

Come celebrate with us. It’s free to the public.
