Patty Hobin 1918-2012

Patricia Ann Hobin will be laid to rest at White Haven.

I'm still not ready.  Patty Hobin passed on to the next life almost two weeks ago.  Her Irish Eyes were smiling to the end.  Beautiful blue Irish Eyes.  My mom was a truly gorgeous Irish lass.  We took this picture only a few weeks ago.  At 93, she radiated. 

We know that, sooner or later, we all must pass.  But somehow, this woman endured... and still does... in my memory.  In my heart.

Time stopped.  Slowly, I'm starting to create again.  There's an album to finish.  A band to get ready for a tour.  A painting to complete.  And a life that must go on.  But, I'm still not totally ready to let go of this wonderful woman who allowed me to be who I have become.
